Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of psychotherapy that involves the entire family as clients. In this therapeutic approach, the therapist invites the whole family to participate in the sessions.
Guided by counselor / therapist, clients discuss the situations unfolding in the family, how these situations are impacting each member, and collaboratively find more appropriate ways of interacting with each other to effectively tackle the issues they are currently facing.
Family therapy proves equally beneficial for addressing mental health concerns, emotional and behavioral problems, and relationship issues, whether they originate from individuals, couples, spouses, or the family as a whole.
This method emphasizes the interdependent nature of family relationships and how these connections influence the individuals within the family unit.
Pre-marital counselling

Premarital counseling is a valuable resource that assists couples in preparing for marriage by exploring important aspects of their relationship and building a strong foundation for their future together.
At our counseling center, we offer premarital counseling services that are designed to help soon-to-be spouses contemplate the meaning of marriage, understand life after marriage, and enhance communication between partners.
One of the tools we utilize in premarital counseling is the PREPARE / ENRICH Assessment. Our certified counselors are trained facilitators of this assessment, which is specifically designed for couples.
The assessment helps identify the unique strengths and potential growth areas within the relationship. By gaining insights into these areas, couples can better understand their dynamics and work towards strengthening their bond.
Following the assessment, our program transitions into skill-building sessions. These sessions are not merely theoretical but are designed to be actively practiced and integrated into the couple’s daily interactions. The aim is to provide couples with practical tools and strategies to enhance their communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
By addressing potential challenges and developing effective communication and problem-solving skills early on, couples can lay the groundwork for a healthy and fulfilling marriage.
