Children (Age 3-12)

We understand that children have unique needs when it comes to therapy, and our goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their emotions, develop coping skills, and grow.
In the first session, our experienced counselors will not only engage with the child but also conduct an initial interview with the caregivers. This helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of the child’s background, challenges, and any specific concerns.
Ongoing communication with caregivers is essential throughout the therapeutic process, as it allows us to collaborate on treatment goals and ensure consistency of support at home and in other environments.
We believe in utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of children. In addition to traditional counseling approaches, we incorporate play and arts as modes of communication.
Play & arts are natural language for children, enabling them to express themselves, process their experiences, and develop new skills. These methods let counselors/ therapists gain insight into clients’ inner world, especially useful for those who find it difficult to articulate their feelings verbally.
Our services are designed to assist children dealing with a range of emotional, behavioral, or social issues.

Whether they are struggling with:
- Parental divorce
- Traumatic experiences
- Low self-esteem
- Learning difficulties
- Hyperactivity
- Attention deficit
- Signs of autism
- Selective mutism
- Self-harming behaviors
- School refusal
Our counselors are trained to address these concerns. Our ultimate goal is to empower children to develop resilience, improve their emotional well-being, build healthy relationships, and reach their full potential.
